Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality plastic parts while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime. Monitor and optimize molding processes to improve efficiency and reduce scraps. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Maintain accurate production and process documentation. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
