We are looking for a hands-on, highly dependable Technical Operations & Assembly Specialist to join our Scottsdale operation. This is not a position for someone who needs to be told what to do throughout the day. We are looking for a person who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to details, communicates well, and naturally looks for the next productive thing that needs to be done. If you finish an assignment, we expect you to ask "What's next?" —or recognize what needs attention and take initiative. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Assemble amusement machines and their electrical/mechanical components according to established procedures. Install and connect wiring, electronics, monitors, lighting, bill acceptors, card readers, motors, and other components. Test completed machines thoroughly before shipment and identify/correct problems before they reach the customer. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and operational issues. Maintain extremely high attention to detail and quality control. Assist customers by phone, text, and email with basic technical-support questions. Clearly document customer issues so more complex problems can be escalated when necessary. Prepare machines and parts for shipment, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and freight coordination. Assist with inventory counts, receiving, parts organization, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Keep assembly and warehouse areas organized and production-ready. Communicate immediately when parts, information, or assistance are needed rather than allowing a project to sit unfinished. Look for productive work and solutions without waiting for constant direction from management. The Person We're Looking For Technical ability is important, but attitude, initiative, communication, and attention to detail are equally important to us.
