Full-time, 12-Hour Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) + overtime as needed

Wednesday Friday + every other Saturday (7:00 PM 7:30 AM) Position Overview Tekberry is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician III Off-Shift to support semiconductor manufacturing operations within a Class 100 cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving semiconductor production equipment to maximize uptime, quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment while identifying root causes of failures Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to established schedules and procedures Diagnose mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and process-related equipment issues Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Operational Support & Continuous Improvement Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams to improve KPIs and equipment performance Increase tool uptime and equipment availability Reduce PM cycle times, wafer scrap, and process interruptions Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and reliability Documentation & Reporting Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in tracking systems Collect and record operational and maintenance data as required Maintain clear and accurate maintenance logs and records Team Support & Training Support training and certification efforts for maintenance team members Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a production environment Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement activities Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience in one or more of the following areas: Vacuum Systems Photolithography (Photo) Wet Processing / Plating Technologies Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience performing root cause analysis and failure diagnostics Working knowledge of control systems and/or PLCs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tracking systems Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Preferred Technical Experience Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as:
SRD, NMT, Resist Strip, Chemical Etch CMP Equipment:
Ebara, Strausbaugh, Disco Photolithography /
Metrology Equipment:
ASML, TEL, Canon, Nikon, KLA, FEI SEM Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Electronics or related technical field Military technical training in electronics or mechanical systems ASE certification Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments (IC, disk drive, solar, or related industries) Work Environment 100% onsite role in a Class 100 cleanroom semiconductor manufacturing environment Hands-on technical role requiring standing, walking, and equipment interaction throughout shift Fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting high-volume production operations Overtime and weekend support may be required based on production demands We need hard-working, reliable employees.
