Interns and co-op students will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to impactful projects that support Westmag's mission to innovate in drone motor manufacturing. Role Description Work on the production floor supporting advanced manufacturing of drone motors and robotic actuators. Assist with assembly, process documentation, and production-line setup and improvements. Support quality and testing activities to ensure products meet manufacturing standards. Contribute to hands-on production-ramp projects, documentation, and reporting as assigned. Eligibility & Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant field. Strong interest in robotics, drone technology, manufacturing, or technology startups. Previous internship or project-based student org experience (Formula SAE, Rocketry, Design Build Fly, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of relevant tools or software (CAD, Excel, data analysis, etc.) preferred but not required. Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship/co-op period.
