You will play a critical role in maximizing operational efficiency by diagnosing complex equipment issues, implementing proactive maintenance strategies, and ensuring our advanced machinery performs at peak capacity. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment availability. Lead the installation and commissioning of new production assets to expand manufacturing capabilities. Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to foster a culture of equipment reliability. Optimize spare parts management through Kanban systems to reduce lead times and inventory costs. Analyze maintenance KPIs, such as MTTR and uptime, to identify and execute continuous improvement projects. Troubleshoot and repair sophisticated systems including PLCs, industrial robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatic controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize production disruptions and enhance overall line performance. Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently to resolve complex technical challenges. Preferred Skills Direct experience developing and managing TPM programs. Technical expertise in programming or troubleshooting PLCs and industrial robots. Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques, including welding, milling, and manual machining.
