$60k-$66k/annually Job Summary The Process Engineer will support both Production and Aftermarket (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul - MRO) operations for commercial and military jet engines. This role is responsible for conducting build audits, developing and updating work instructions, and ensuring all work performed aligns with shop maintenance and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct build audits for turbine engine assemblies across Production and Aftermarket operations Develop, update, and maintain work instructions for assembly, disassembly, testing, and shipping processes Incorporate Engine Manual revisions and continuous process improvements into all documentation Generate Shop Visit Reports by analyzing induction work scope, evaluating work performed by mechanics, and selecting appropriate photos to validate repairs for customers Ensure all completed work aligns with Shop Maintenance Instructions and engineering standards Support the conversion and creation of work instructions using Solumina software Assist the assembly floor by updating routers and providing process support Perform quarterly updates to work instructions based on engineering changes and process improvements Work in both office and shop floor environments Required Qualifications Experience in aerospace, preferably with turbine engines (commercial or military) Familiarity with production and MRO operations Strong understanding of assembly, test, and shipping processes Experience generating technical documentation and shop reports Ability to interpret engine manuals and implement revisions Experience with Solumina (preferred) Familiarity with SAP P10 (preferred) Additional Requirements Flexibility to work various shifts, including: 1st shift, 2nd shift 2 hours pre- or post-shift as needed Weekends, holidays, and overtime Work Environment This role requires a combination of office-based work and hands-on support on the engine assembly floor.
