Responsibilities:

Recognized expert in the manufacturing area with advanced skills in troubleshooting, coordination, and communication. Lead manufacturing teams to identify and eliminate waste, implement standardized work processes, and assist with problem-solving and solution implementation. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and enterprise software for day-to-day operations. Responsible for preparing and filling syringes and vials as part of the production process. Support the creation and implementation of process documentation for the area. Operate equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Review and complete production records, logbooks, and other required documentation. Provide training to new team members in alignment with certification requirements for inspectors. Mentor and guide new employees to ensure their growth and development. Train new associates on performing manufacturing inventory transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Perform tasks while wearing protective gear in Grade C, D, and controlled non-classified cleanrooms. Conduct cleaning and sanitization procedures as needed. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. Work flexible hours to ensure full coverage of the production facility.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience in drug product manufacturing. Self-motivated, with strong collaboration skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
