PM Pay:

$26.00-$30.00/hour, based on proven work history Your impact Keep CNC lathes and warm forge presses online by diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults and restoring reliable operation Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with codes and engineering drawings Execute preventive maintenance and routine inspections to prevent breakdowns Replace faulty components and validate proper machine performance Document work performed, parts used, and findings Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and plant teams to improve processes Required experience Production environment background; focus on CNC and mechanical press troubleshooting/repair preferred Knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial control systems Read/interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints Demonstrated electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability Strong communication and basic computer proficiency Flexible with shifts; willing to work overtime as needed Top requirements Electrical diagnostics and repair with verification of stable operation Hands-on CNC and press experience in a production setting Strong analytical problem-solving across electrical and mechanical domains Preferred Electrical troubleshooting and CNC repair expertise Exceptional mechanical-only candidates with deep CNC skill may be considered Not a fit if Your experience centers on facilities maintenance rather than production equipment Education High School Diploma or GED Legal A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
