Competitive Pay :

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide process operations support with hands on troubleshooting and development. Assist in process optimization. Analyze data to improve process tool and process quality. Verify manufacturing standards, actual versus estimates. Performs process capability and uptime study to meet pre-determined goals prior to formal handoff of project to manufacturing. Assists Maintenance Team on repeat machine problems Implements CI/Cost reduction and safety projects Researches and performs trials on supplies and consumables that will improve cost and/or quality. Investigates and coordinates tooling improvements, repairs and replacements. Monitors Standard Tooling Inventories to ensure appropriate quantities are on hand. Facilitates initial manufacturing review of set-up books coordinate's ongoing updates. Programs 5 Axis lasers and supports manufacturing as necessary with laser problems.
