This role helps ensure aircraft manufacturing objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with aerospace quality standards. The position serves as a key liaison between the manufacturing floor and support organization, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting production readiness, and resolving operational challenges that impact aircraft assembly and delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide operational and manufacturing support to aircraft production and assembly programs. Coordinate daily activities between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to support production schedules. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time aircraft delivery. Support manufacturing readiness activities including tooling, materials, documentation, and resource planning. Assist with planning and execution of capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility enhancements. Monitor production constraints and work with stakeholders to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks. Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate procurement, repair, calibration, and maintenance of production tools and equipment. Assist with root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations related to production and quality issues. Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures. Support aircraft delivery and production milestone activities as required. Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aviation Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft production, manufacturing operations, or a related environment. Working knowledge of aircraft assembly processes, sheet metal fabrication, structures, systems installation, or final assembly operations. Experience supporting manufacturing processes and production operations. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and manufacturing information systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. Experience within aircraft manufacturing environments such as OEMs, MRO facilities, or aerospace suppliers. Experience with ERP/MRP systems
