full-time I'm working on a retained search for a specialist manufacturing consultancy that is continuing to build its US team across both Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. These opportunities are aimed at strong Process/Manufacturing engineers who have developed their experience in complex manufacturing environments and now want broader exposure, faster progression, and greater responsibility. The work is hands-on and commercially focused. You will be working directly with client manufacturing teams to solve operational and process challenges around:

• Yield and throughput
• Capacity and cycle time
• Waste and scrap reduction
• Process efficiency
• Cost and performance improvement The strongest profiles will typically come from process, manufacturing, chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering backgrounds and will be able to demonstrate measurable improvement within mature, steady-state manufacturing environments.

At Consultant level , we are looking for engineers with strong technical foundations, analytical capability, and evidence of taking ownership of meaningful improvement work. At Senior Consultant level , we are looking for professionals who can lead workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, mentor others, and take responsibility for delivering results on client sites. Across both levels, the key requirements are:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Strong grounding in engineering, maths, physics, and scientific problem solving
• Experience in process-heavy commercial manufacturing environments
• Evidence of quantifiable improvement across yield, throughput, capacity, quality, waste, cost, or cycle time
• Strong communication skills and the credibility to operate directly with clients
• Ability to work at pace, solve problems quickly, and take ownership The travel requirement is non-negotiable.
