You will assess plant performance, analyze data, and design solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in food and agricultural production. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, you'll drive process optimization, implement best practices, and manage complex projects from discovery through execution. You will mentor junior team members, support change management, and ensure safety and compliance remain central.
