You will drive operational excellence by leading complex troubleshooting initiatives, managing vendor integrations, and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies to ensure peak facility performance. Responsibilities Lead technical troubleshooting and repair efforts for advanced CNC machinery and spin-test facilities to minimize downtime. Execute proactive maintenance programs to enhance asset reliability and mitigate operational risks across the production floor. Perform comprehensive lifecycle cost analyses to determine the optimal balance between equipment repair, upgrades, and replacement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage project specifications, procurement, and system integration. Drive continuous improvement by sharing technical methodologies and mentoring team members on best-in-class maintenance practices. Manage technical documentation, including parts procurement requisitions and equipment specifications, to ensure seamless operational continuity. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Deep technical expertise in CNC machine operation, PLC troubleshooting, and complex process equipment. Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical data to diverse stakeholders. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 10%). Preferred Skills AAS or BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification. Practical experience with AutoCAD or Siemens NX for drafting and design.
