Job Description

About the Position We are looking for a smart, motivated, hands-on problem solver to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. This person will learn and develop knowledge of all aspects of our beverage manufacturing operation , including production, quality, batching, processing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and general plant operations. You don't need to know everything when you start. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, curious, learns quickly, and is capable of figuring things out . We are looking for ability and attitude—not just a resume . If you are the type of person who says, "I don't know how to do it yet, but I'll figure it out," we want to meet you. Responsibilities Learn and understand the complete beverage manufacturing process. Troubleshoot production, equipment, quality, and process problems. Develop knowledge across production, quality, batching, maintenance, and operations . Identify problems, determine root causes, and help implement solutions. Train and coach employees on equipment, processes, procedures, and best practices. Become a go-to resource for operators and other team members. Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams. Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity . Learn independently through hands-on experience, research, and self-training. Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution. The Person We Are Looking For Smart, curious, and a quick learner. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Mechanically inclined and comfortable around industrial equipment. Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision. Takes pride in their work and cares about doing things right . Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Able to communicate clearly and train others effectively . Strong attention to detail. Understands that safety and quality are everyone's responsibility . Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree, trade school, or college degree is a plus, but not required . Experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, production, maintenance, quality, batching, or industrial equipment is preferred.
