Work you'll do As a MES Functional Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the US Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing transformation initiatives for industrial clients by aligning shop floor operations, business requirements, and digital enablement solutions. Gather and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing process transformation initiatives Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and integration with enterprise resource planning, automation, and data platform environments Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption activities across project delivery phases A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Our team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive advantages.
