We are hiring technicians to support one of four manufacturing departments: Litho/Metro, Dry Etch, Thin Films, or CMS .
Available schedules include:
Shift 5 (Front Half of the Week) : 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Shift 7 (Back Half of the Week) : 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM In this role, you will support all aspects of wafer production, including manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and process-related activities. Responsibilities Support equipment operations within the manufacturing area to meet safety, quality, production, and cost objectives. Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to identify and resolve issues. Conduct equipment setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers for service and repair support as needed. Dismantle, repair, adjust, install, and assemble equipment according to specifications, technical manuals, and procedures. Monitor equipment alarms and system faults, troubleshoot issues, and restore production operations to optimize equipment performance. Partner with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, support data collection, and complete assigned tasks according to established procedures and work orders. Support continuous improvement initiatives through equipment troubleshooting, data analysis, and controlled experimentation to improve equipment availability and performance. Contribute to a culture of inclusion, diversity, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds 1 to 2 times per shift. Ability to climb ladders and perform work at height 1 to 3 times per shift.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related hands-on technical experience, or military technical experience. High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of experience in an equipment maintenance role. High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of technical/trade school certification, or 2+ years of technical experience. Associate degree in a STEM-related field. BS STEM related to Semi. Mfg (MET)/ BS STEM (operator) - and no experience Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor manufacturing equipment or equivalent equipment.
This position requires:
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds 1 to 2 times per shift. Ability to climb ladders and perform work at height 1 to 3 times per shift. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

$60,450.00-85,340.00 USD (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
