Epicor Functional Consultant

Role Summary This hybrid position requires an experienced Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epicor solutions within manufacturing environments. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical functionalities with operational needs, supporting process improvements, and providing expert guidance on Epicor modules. The consultant will act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users to ensure seamless system integration and performance. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing modules Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate requirements into effective Epicor solutions Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications for system customizations and enhancements Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Epicor Kinetic workflows and processes Conduct business requirements gathering sessions and provide functional recommendations Configure workflows, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and forms to meet operational needs Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing functionalities Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues within Epicor Kinetic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and financial modules Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, including Manufacturing and WMS modules At least 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment Proven expertise in Epicor Kinetic WMS functionalities such as inventory management, bin and warehouse management, RF/barcode scanning, and WIP processes Strong knowledge of Epicor Manufacturing modules including job management, BOMs, routings, and shop floor control/MES Demonstrated ability to create detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams Experience developing and maintaining SOPs for business processes Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications Epicor certifications (Kinetic ERP, Manufacturing, or WMS) Knowledge of manufacturing best practices such as lean manufacturing, MRP, and quality management Background in supply chain management and inventory optimization Experience with data migration, system integrations, and Epicor upgrades

Publishing Pay Range:

$75.00 - $80.00 hourly This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
