full-time Job Opportunity Production Process Analyst A major global aerospace leader is currently seeking a motivated Process Analyst to join their industrial engineering department in North Charleston. This is a versatile role suitable for either an early career professional or a mid level specialist who enjoys a high energy manufacturing environment. In this position you will focus on optimizing production efficiency and resource management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver capable of adjusting to the changing needs of a large scale assembly operation. Key Responsibilities Calculate and monitor labor hour requirements for new production packages Analyze current workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements Assess the impact of unplanned events on schedules and project costs Create and maintain integrated operating plans for shop floor personnel Review performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Business Operations Data Analytics or Supply Chain Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting Proven background in process improvement and workflow development Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Degree from an accredited institution in a quantitative or business discipline 3 or more years of experience in industrial process analysis Advanced skills in time management and operational reporting Compensation and Benefits The salary range for the associate level is approximately 73100 to 98900 dollars The salary range for the mid level is approximately 89250 to 120750 dollars Relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates Comprehensive health and retirement benefits package First shift schedule Additional Information This role is based in South Carolina and operates within a drug free workplace environment.
