Senior Blue Yonder WMS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Techno Functional Consultant to join the Production Sustain team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations along with hands-on technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS, preferably version 2023.x.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as SME for Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS and provide techno-functional support for production environments. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while performing root cause analysis. Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand business processes and support ongoing enhancements. Configure and support BY WMS modules including: Inbound processes (ASN, Receiving, Putaway) Outbound processes (Picking, Packing, Shipping, Loading) Inventory Management Replenishment Wave / Waveless Processing Yard Management (preferred) Labor Management (LMS) if applicable Support integrations with ERP and automation systems such as: SAP / Oracle TMS systems Conveyor systems

activities Go-live support Cutover planning Production support activities Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Warehouse Management Systems experience Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS Mandatory experience with Blue Yonder

WMS 2023

versions Strong understanding of: BY WMS architecture Warehouse operations and distribution processes Configuration and customization concepts APIs, Web Services, Message Queues SQL and data analysis

Preferred Skills:

Experience with BY WMS upgrades or migrations Exposure to DOM or TMS platforms Experience working with RF devices and warehouse automation systems Prior consulting experience preferred

Location Requirement:

Candidate should be based in or willing to work near Plano, TX Comfortable with frequent warehouse visits and onsite support activities

Preferred Industry Experience:
