Schedule:
Rotational - 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, 12.5-hour shifts Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to join our team supporting oil and gas cementing operations in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to well sites. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting field operations, and adhering to strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in bulk plant operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced rotational schedule. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of cementing bulk equipment, ensuring accurate and timely product delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Responsibilities Load and unload cementing bulk equipment in accordance with procedural standards. Accurately calculate load-out sheets and operate bulk plant equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor and maintain all equipment used within the bulk plant. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent and timely delivery of products. Monitor and update inventory levels daily to support operational needs and prevent shortages. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies. Assist in training other Operators and trainees. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in material handling or cementing operations preferred. Ability to learn and apply all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Basic computer literacy. Experience in the heavy industrial sector.
Benefits Rotational schedule:
