Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Fishing Tool Supervisor III to serve as the primary client interface at well sites, leading service operations and managing field personnel. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of fishing tool services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The position requires a hands-on professional who can oversee complex equipment installations, mentor team members, and deliver superior service quality in demanding oilfield environments. Roles and Responsibilities Act as the key client interface at well sites, managing all Weatherford personnel and service assignments Lead daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) sessions Oversee job planning, tool preparation, mobilization, and execution while ensuring timely submission of all job-related documentation and invoicing materials Manage the installation of complex fishing tool equipment and services in the field Perform engineering checks on location, including hand calculations, software updates, and computations based on current data Test, operate, and maintain tools and equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend optimized services and solutions to clients Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and service excellence Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at well sites Lead equipment failure investigations and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports Mentor and guide field operation crew members, providing technical expertise and leadership Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions Remain available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, quality standards, and industry regulations
Skills and Education Experience:
2½ - 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry
Education:
High School Diploma Technical Knowledge:
Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics Core Skills:
Mathematics, basic Physics and Chemistry, computer fundamentals
Problem-Solving:
Critical thinking, active learning, complex problem-solving abilities
Communication:
Strong reading and writing skills with excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
Quality Focus:
Quality Control Analysis expertise to ensure products meet required standards
Physical Requirements:
Physically capable of performing demanding fieldwork tasks
Additional Competencies:
Time management, service orientation, mathematical reasoning, and ability to operate tools and machinery effectively Technical Certificate from an accredited
Technical/Vocational School Travel Requirement:
