Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrator to lead and manage our senior care community. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a warm, supportive environment for residents. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home settings, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties Manage the overall operations of the care facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining high standards of resident care and safety Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and other specialized services Supervise staff including caregivers, nurses, social workers, and administrative personnel to promote a motivated and cohesive team environment Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to long-term care, assisted living, and home & community care standards Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency Facilitate resident admissions, discharge procedures, and ongoing communication with residents' families or guardians Coordinate medication administration protocols in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices Lead staff training initiatives focused on dementia care, Alzheimer's support strategies, medication safety, and resident engagement techniques Foster a positive community atmosphere that emphasizes dignity, respect, and personalized attention for each resident Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes with demonstrated leadership capabilities Extensive background in senior care, memory care, Alzheimer's care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance requirements Supervising experience in healthcare or residential settings with excellent team management skills Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to diverse needs including dementia or memory impairments Financial acumen related to budgeting and resource management within healthcare environments Experience in operations management within home & community care or group home settings Excellent communication skills for engaging residents' families, staff members, and regulatory agencies Ability to handle medication administration protocols responsibly and accurately Join us as an RCFE Administrator to lead a dedicated team committed to enriching the lives of seniors through compassionate care.
