Boswell Tomato Company is hiring! We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team. We have a need for several individuals with a mechanical aptitude who want to join a team that will teach and develop them into industry leaders. This position will evolve into a supervisory role directing teams during the tomato harvest season. Open positions at our Buttonwillow, CA location.
Job Summary :
Off Season Responsibilities:
Tear down and preventative plant maintenance of which include, evaporators, aseptic systems and the front-end area of the plant.
In Season Responsibilities:
Supervisor role leading crews in the assigned area of plant. Operation runs 24 hours per day 7 days per week during the tomato processing season. Position requires High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of evaporators or aseptic systems is a plus. These positions will all report to the Plant Manager. All supervisor roles also ensure that the company policies and regulations are followed at all times.
