Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, incumbent plans, prioritizes, coordinates, schedules, and reviews the operation, maintenance, and repair of the Steam Plant and associated equipment, including the air conditioning and ventilating equipment. Responsible for ensuring the completion of all preventive maintenance duties and maintaining all appropriate records.

Understanding of regulatory controls and requirements of NEC, NFPA, AQMD, OSHA, and JCAHO standards Steam Plant Operator License

• Unlimited Possession of E.
