In this onsite role, you will guide students through the applied psychomotor skills necessary for clinical competency. Working collaboratively with program leadership, you will facilitate small-group sessions, supervise energized and non-energized practice, and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment that meets rigorous accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities Instruction & Supervision:
Facilitate small-group laboratory sessions (e.g., Introduction to Patient Care, Introduction to Radiography), demonstrating radiographic positioning, equipment operation, and image production.Evaluation:
Assess and document students' skill acquisition using objective criteria, ensuring lab activities align with overall program learning outcomes.Safety & Compliance:
Reinforce strict radiation and patient safety principles (e.g., ALARA, shielding, infection control) and maintain compliance with JRCERT Standards.Lab Management:
Manage a safe, organized, and equitable laboratory environment, ensuring adequate hands-on practice and equipment access for all students.Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field (or equivalent experience/training).Skills & Experience:
applied clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills tailored for small-group instruction, and proficiency with standard office software and learning management platforms.Licenses & Certifications:
Current, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography — R(R). Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or equivalent state radiologic technology license. Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.salary:
