JOB DESCRIPTION
Operates plant through SCADA system for optimal results. Interprets system data to make sound decisions and required adjustments of processing system. Observes plc, gauges, dials, and operation of machinery to ensure conformance to processing specifications. May repair machinery, using hand tools and power tools. Adheres to all internal and external compliance requirements. Keeps daily records of production performance and product quality requirements.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Experience working in a team environment Strong planning / organization & time management skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Experience working with SCADA systems / plant operation Must be able to work a flexible schedule within hours of operation. Overtime and / or weekend work when required.
