We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Sealcoat & Striping Crew Supervisor / Operator to manage sealcoat projects, lead a crew, and operate equipment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and can keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule. Responsibilities Manage sealcoat projects from preparation through completion. Lead the crew, assign daily tasks, and oversee workmanship and productivity. Operate and maintain sealcoating and pavement striping equipment. Lay out and stripe parking stalls, ADA-accessible spaces, access aisles, and other pavement markings according to project plans and applicable requirements. Perform asphalt repairs, patching, crack filling, and surface preparation. Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs. Communicate project progress and issues with company management. Qualifications Hands-on experience in sealcoating, parking lot striping, pavement marking, and asphalt repair. Experience with ADA parking layouts and parking stall measurements. Ability to supervise a crew while actively working alongside team members. Ability to read project layouts and deliver accurate, professional results. Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment care. Valid driver's license.
