Job Description

Plant Operator North American Metallurgic Solutions LLC (NAMS) is currently seeking a plant operator for our metal briquette plant. The plant will be located in Nabb, Indiana.
Requirements:
Must have operational experience with equipment or equivalent. Crushing plant, screening Plant, or asphalt mixing experience. The candidate should have Material processing and mixing experience as well as good knowledge of plant maintenance and operations. Lifting heavy objects from time to time. OSHA 30 is preferred.   • Reports to Plant Operations Manager
  • Follow health and safety plans and protocols.
  • Operate the Crushing and recycling plant.
  • Operate Forklift, Front-end loader, Excavator etc
  • Responsible for loading of slag into jaw crusher and processing through our plant
  • Ensure that quality standards are met, install QA QC protocols
  • Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep plant area clean and organized
  • Provide inventory of raw slag and processed slags
  • Assist with raw material feed stock quality and specification QA QC
  • Prepare detailed reports on production volumes and production campaigns.
  • Meet of exceed production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Work Schedule:
Full-time 5 days per week
Mon- Friday Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
