JOB SUMMARY

The Bone Grind Supervisor is responsible for maintaining plant equipment to supply maximum available uptime for production, quality, and yields, while ensure the safest work environment possible. The individual is responsible for approaching their work in a positive manner and will work to perpetuate a "Creekstone Proud" culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage operations while partnering with maintenance on centrifuges, Grinders, bone dryer, load out area, meal grinder, Gel bone operation water softeners, and steam generatorsOversees the process operations to produce product that is within specificationAble to maximize yields by having a clear understanding of yields of productCoordinate safety meetings and responsible for subordinates safety Responsible for the continuous improvement of preventative and corrective maintenance policies, procedures, and reporting system. Manage CIP process and order CIP chemical to ensure process is clean each dayAble to load paperwork on shipmentsRun tests with the FOSS Machine Adhere to Process Safety Management Programs rules and regulations Physically capable of performing job duties while wearing a Respirator in certain situationsAll other duties as assigned
