3010171957-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Plant Operator at Cargill in Manufacturing & Production, you'll safely operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality output. Responsibilities include running and adjusting machinery, performing basic troubleshooting, completing quality checks, and accurately recording production data. You'll follow strict safety, food safety, and environmental standards while collaborating with team members and maintenance staff. Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant production equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Follow all safety, food safety, and environmental procedures, including PPE and LOTO. Record production data, report issues, and communicate effectively with shift teams and supervisors. Support continuous improvement, housekeeping, and 5 S standards across the plant.
