Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE
Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. DGOG is the largest conventional producer in the Appalachian Basin. DGOC's parent company is Diversified Gas & Oil Plc, which is a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange and trades under the ticker "DGOC".
POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will monitor daily project construction, maintain proper documentation, enter daily reports and update progress via project management software. Construction projects will include but are not limited to, landslides, natural gas compression systems, pipelines and special projects that may be outside the scope of typical upstream or midstream operations. This position can require up to 25% travel. Coordinate and supervise daily project activities of DEC employees and contract personnel reporting to the project manager and/or the construction services manager. Ensure projects are completed according to design, following DEC, local, state, and federal guidelines. Maintain continuous communication with project manager and/or Construction Manager throughout projects related to progress, issues, and solutions. Work with construction manager and project managers on project scheduling and planning. Submit required reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner. Maintain a safe work environment and hold all parties accountable to create a Safety Culture of No Compromise
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred but not required. Experience in Procore or similar project management software preferred but not required. A minimum of 10 years of related work in natural gas pipeline & compression projects At least 5 years' experience in supervising or inspecting landslide remediation projects. At least 10 years of supervisory, Foreman or project inspection experience in the construction of pipeline and compression systems. Excellent working knowledge of State and Federal regulations as they pertain to the natural gas and oil industry including PHMSA, EPA, OSHA, ASME, API, DOT, PSA, DEP, DOG, etc. Excellent written and verbal English communications skills; able to effectively collaborate with others and ability to build productive relationships across all departments.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
The individual must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, FR clothing, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done. Walking, stepping, climbing, or otherwise moving from one location on the job site to another. Visually seeing driving operations well (either naturally or with corrective lenses). Standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and sitting. Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms wrists, hands and back in performance of work. Lifting 50lb objects or more occasionally. Adapting to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to sometimes adverse weather conditions.
