Essential Functions 1. Operate and load materials into the batch plant with precision and care. 2. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. 3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment. 4. Oversee maintenance of all related areas, equipment. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. 6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the batch plant. Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills for Success 1. Proficiency in operating the AMC batch plant and Command Alkon System 2. Detailed knowledge of the batch plant operations and equipment 3. Ability to operate equipment effectively 4. Basic mechanical skills for maintenance and repairs of the batch plant 5. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, front end loader, and ready-mix truck. 6. Experience in materials handling, fabrication, and batch plant repair. Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Prior experience in concrete batch plants or related field 3. Commitment to safety and quality standards

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
