Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Process Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust plant equipment and machinery to maintain optimal performance Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure equipment is operating within specifications Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.) Record and maintain accurate logs of production, equipment readings, and maintenance activities Assist with startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding plant status Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology (or related field) required; equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of degree Ability to read and interpret gauges, technical manuals, and safety data sheets Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Benefits [Health/dental/vision/life insurance] [401(k) or retirement plan] [Paid time off] How to Apply Apply on Indeed.
