Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking industrial Plant Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and monitoring chemical process equipment, transferring materials and ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout the production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and quality, demonstrate close attention to detail, and be able to learn new systems and processes. Plant Operators work in a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities, contributing to the successful completion of team and company goals. This position is ideal for individuals with demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing environments who are committed to safety excellence. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, loaders and other machinery required for production tasks. Perform equipment inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations. Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety standards in production areas and outdoor work sites. Support warehouse activities related to material handling, storage, and inventory management as needed. Qualifications Proven experience operating various types of process equipment and forklifts. Strong understanding of safety standards in manufacturing environments; adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. Basic math skills for measurements Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling is a plus.
Pay:
$26.53 - $28.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
