A well-paid job starting at $28.89 - $35.58 an hour depending on open position Opportunities for advancement to more challenging jobs Great benefits including - Medical, Dental, Rx, Life Insurance, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and PTO Days Days off during the week, shift and Sunday premium pay The interview & Tests All persons selected to go to this step in our hiring process will be asked to take a series of 5 written tests and submit to a structured board interview: The 5 written tests are all timed and involve: Basic mechanical principles Basic arithmetic skills The ability to visualize 3-dimensional figures The ability to compare visual configurations and identify two figures as similar or identical, or to identify some particular detail that is buried in distracting material Basic verbal ability The interview will be conducted by a board and involve a review of the candidate's work history including achievements and accomplishments, knowledge and skill acquisition, interpersonal skills and helpfulness, their likes and dislikes and the physical demands of their previous jobs. The interviewee will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the job, company etc.
Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen High school diploma or GED 3+ years full-time work experience or part time work with college, technical school, military, etc. Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts (including holidays) Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player We look forward to meeting you!
