What You'll Do:
Responsible for directing work of third party contractors.

Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.

Duties are to oversee all operational, construction, safety, and personnel work is received from Operations Director, and from the Field personnel, it is then assigned to the field supervisors to be completed.

Direct the daily activities of an average of four to six (4-6) employees.

Hire, train, supervise, and assist employees as necessary to keep the pipeline in continuous operation.

Carry out the duties of the Area Supervisor in their absence.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, assigning and direction work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities A high school diploma or equivalent education with at least three to five (3-5) years of experience or on the job training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Basic knowledge of fluid flow, pressure, hydrostatic head, pump characteristics and pipeline operations. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities Two (2) years in a supervisory position. Computer SkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Possession of a valid driver's license required; Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred. Additional Eligibility Requirements Ability to travel and work in remote areas on a daily basis; may be on call.

English language fluency, verbal and written.

Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
