15 days on/6 days off

Shift Requirement:
Must rotate between day and night shifts Job Summary We are hiring entry-level and experienced Bulk Plant Operators to prepare and move bulk materials for delivery to oilfield wellsites. This role involves blending products, verifying quantities, loading materials, maintaining equipment, completing inventory documentation, and following strict safety and quality procedures. No previous experience is required for entry-level candidates. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Blend and mix bulk products according to job requirements. Calculate and verify material quantities before loading. Prepare and load materials for delivery to wellsites. Coordinate material movement with operations and logistics teams. Follow quality-control procedures to ensure accurate loading. Receive, label, store, and track materials and additives. Complete daily shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork. Assist with monthly inventory counts. Inspect bulk plant equipment and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Participate in job safety analyses and improvement programs. Wear required PPE and follow all safety and environmental procedures. Assist with training new operators when assigned.
Qualifications Entry level:
0-3 years of experience; no previous oilfield experience required.
Experienced level:
Three or more years of relevant experience. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds safely. Ability to perform basic calculations and complete paperwork accurately. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 15-days-on/6-days-off rotation. Willingness to rotate between day and night shifts. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Preferred Experience Oilfield or wellsite operations Bulk plant, batching, blending, or mixing Manufacturing or production Warehouse or material handling Forklift or heavy-equipment operation Inventory, shipping, or receiving Construction or general labor
Pay:
$16.50 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 per week
