Job Description
Overview We are seeking Plant Operators to support operations at a facility in Hobbs, NM. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production, and responding to operational issues as they arise. Responsibilities Monitor and operate plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging of equipment and systems Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary Assist with start-up, shutdown, and normal plant operations Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding plant conditions Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed Keep accurate logs and reports of plant performance and incidents Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 1+ yrs. Oil and Gas experience required. Basic understanding of plant equipment, systems, and operations Ability to troubleshoot and respond to changing conditions Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, MVR, drug test (hair follicle, fit for duty and agility.
