NY ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports to the various supervisors. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities include assisting in Maintenance & Production functions
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Safely perform maintenance activities to insure plant efficiency Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas. Prioritizes SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by
PRODUCTION
Communicates effectively and timely with staff Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times Internal controls providing reasonable assurance of effective and efficient operations, including actions to prevent and detect fraud and protect Company resources Ensure compliance with internal control procedures Ability to work independently, self-starter, yet able to participate within a team environment Ability to operate equipment effectively Must understand equipment functions and processes of the primary areas

Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Field of Study Preferred:
N/A Required Work Experience:
Must have previous welding, cutting experience Haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment experience
Required Training/Certifications:
Weigh Master License may be required in some states.
Required Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software
Travel Requirements:
N/A Additional Requirements:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
