Specialist to lead advanced radiation protection and ALARA programs supporting safe, efficient energy operations. In this senior role, you will plan and optimize radiological work, conduct dose and risk assessments, and develop effective shielding and contamination controls. You'll guide outage and project planning to minimize exposure, ensure compliance with NRC and related standards, and lead trending, reporting, and corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams, provide expert coaching on RP/ALARA, and help drive a strong safety and sustainability culture across our nuclear and energy facilities. Responsibilities Lead implementation of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation protection practices across facilities Conduct radiological risk assessments and dose evaluations for projects and operations Develop, review, and optimize radiation work permits and shielding/containment strategies Monitor, trend, and report worker and public dose performance; recommend corrective actions Provide technical guidance to operations, maintenance, and project teams on radiological controls Support regulatory compliance with NRC and other applicable radiation protection standards Deliver training and coaching on
