Expected salary range of $183,600 to $204,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Provides strategic leadership and direction of Valve Services to support safe, reliable, efficient online and outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Provide technical expertise to the CECs, functional direction, and control necessary to establish and maintain a common approach to valve services work by each of the CECs. Foster innovation with fleet best practices while driving and influencing fleet standardization for valve maintenance. This role is also the Corporate Functional Area Manager (CFAM) for Valve Services. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Provides governance through the development of standards, programs, processes, and best practices within the Valve Services organization in optimizing online and outage execution. Building common work execution templates, schedules and developing common implementation practices with precision maintenance. Provide oversight of fleet online and outage execution functions through routine performance monitoring, audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Execute Valve Services of significant cost across the fleet and oversee commercial contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and various vendors who support the execution responsibilities. Provides oversight and guidance to vendors and administration of Valve Services contracts. Develops and directs nuclear technical support functions and programs for Valve Services. Hire, develop, retain and mentoring of talent required to support the organization. All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10 years of overall experience, which includes 4 years of power plant, 4 years of nuclear power plant experience and supervisory or managerial experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 10 years of overall experience, which includes 4 years of power plant, 4 years of nuclear power plant experience and supervisory or managerial experience OR Associate's degree with 12 years of experience, which includes 4 years of power plant, 4 years of nuclear power plant experience and supervisory or managerial experience OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience, which includes 4 years of power plant, 4 years of nuclear power plant experience and supervisory or managerial experience Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualifications Managerial experience in a Maintenance discipline Current or prior
