Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Handle materials efficiently using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, adhering to safety protocols. Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production areas to promote a safe working environment. Assist with laboratory testing and documentation to verify product quality in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying process improvements and waste reduction opportunities. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), to uphold a safe workplace for everyone. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Skilled in materials handling, warehouse operations, and packaging processes. Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers/forklifts safely and efficiently; certification preferred but not required . Willingness to learn Experience with machining or related technical skills is a plus. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to machinery operation, materials handling, and warehouse activities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
