Job Description
In-Season Duties:
- Assist in plant maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
- Assist in production control
- Assist in plant repairs
- Assist in operation of plant computers for mixing and loadout
- Operate equipment such as a front end loader, and skid steer
Off-Season Duties:
Depends on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.- Plant maintenance and updates
- Assist in
Machine and Vehicle Maintenance Experience:
- Mechanical skills are a plus (wrenching, welding, preventative maintenance)
- Experience in the asphalt industry is a plus
