This leadership role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing field operations while actively working alongside the crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Working Field Foreman serves as H2O's primary field representative and is responsible for supervising personnel, managing equipment and materials, maintaining customer relationships, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring successful project execution. This position requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and demanding field environments. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, train, and motivate field crews while maintaining a productive, safety-first work environment. Plan daily work activities, assign responsibilities, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials. Install, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and remove temporary bypass pumping, dewatering, and HDPE piping systems. Operate company vehicles, trailers, pumps, telehandlers, skid steers, fusion equipment, generators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct daily safety meetings, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, municipalities, engineers, vendors, and company management. Review project plans, manage schedules, identify field challenges, and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track. Complete daily reports, equipment logs, pump logs, timesheets, and project documentation accurately and on time. Ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, organized Respond to emergency service calls and support after-hours operations when required. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, utilities, industrial services, or pump rental industry. Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience required. Experience with bypass pumping, dewatering, HDPE fusion, or mechanical piping systems preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to travel and work extended hours, nights, weekends, or emergency response assignments as needed. Ability to successfully pass a background screening. Physical Requirements This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing, bending, kneeling, walking on uneven terrain, entering confined spaces, and working around heavy equipment and active construction sites.
