Succeed:
Strong knowledge of compressor operations and plant systems Excellent troubleshooting skills for plant, compressor station, and CO2 compression equipment Ability to review and develop operating procedures ensuring OSHA compliance Experience creating and managing MOC (Management of Change) documentation Proficiency with Excel for analyzing chemical usage and data High level of attention to detail, with capability to verify complex documentation and P&ID's Demonstrated decision-making skills with safety as the top priority Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills Humility, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback High school diploma or equivalent Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience assisting senior technicians Familiarity with chemical management and inventory control PHA participation experience or training Ability to manage chemical consumption and optimize loads
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in plant operations or related field is a plus Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain compressor or plant facilities
Other Requirements:
