Plant Operator

Monitor and operate the plant through the control room with consistency and responsibility. Conduct surveillance of operating equipment and critical parameters while maintaining accurate operations logs. Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform routine preventative inspections. Identify and recommend improvements to optimize plant performance. Collaborate with team members to implement changes and solutions. Support and comply with COP's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.

Experience:

5-7 years in plant operations or a related field.

Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of plant technology, operational applications, industry terminology, and required procedures.

Skills:

Ability to perform varied and complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Decision-Making:

Capable of making sound decisions within broad operational parameters.

Other:
