Job Description

Description:
Wallstreet Sand Co. is seeking an experienced Loadout Technician to support loadout operations at our frac sand plant. This role is responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient loading of sand into trucks and ensuring loadout systems operate smoothly. This is a hands-on plant position that works closely with plant operations and truck drivers to maintain production flow and minimize downtime. The Loadout Technicians work 12-hours a day on a 14 days on and 7 days off rotation. Previous sand plant experience is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Assist with sand loadout operations for outbound trucks Monitor loadout equipment, conveyors, and bins during loading operations Ensure trucks are loaded safely and accurately according to plant procedures Communicate with drivers and plant operators to coordinate loadout activities Monitor product flow and report any operational issues Perform basic troubleshooting and housekeeping around loadout areas Maintain a clean and safe work area around the loadout system Follow all mine site safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of sand plant experience required Experience working in industrial or plant environments Ability to work long shifts and rotating day/night schedules Strong attention to safety and operational procedures Ability to work in a dusty outdoor/industrial environment in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from the work site Why Join Wallstreet Sand Co.
