Sand Plant Operator Energy In Motion is an organization which mines sand for use by the oil industry in the fracking process. The sand plant operator position includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: Duties and responsibilities Perform general labor and housekeeping as required. Ensure maximum tonnage is being introduced to the wet plant as required. Continually monitor, make changes and support troubleshooting of all process equipment Perform basic preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on process equipment Safely operate equipment including skid steers, front end loaders, forklifts, man baskets and other equipment as assigned. Conduct sample testing of sand product, and enter information into computer. Enter Production information in the computer Any other tasks which may be assigned Follow safety rules and procedures Skills and Abilities Able to effectively communicate Basic computer knowledge Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to climb ladders and traverse soft uneven terrain Starting wage $20-$28, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance available. 401(k) with 3% match.
