Rate and Compensation The successful candidate may be offered a position in either the Equipment Operator or Senior Equipment Operator classification. The target hourly rate for the Equipment Operator is between $22.86 - $27.44; depending on qualifications. The target hourly rate for the Senior Equipment Operator is between $25.21 - $31.51; depending on qualifications.
