Best known for Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR) program management, Think Environmental offers a comprehensive portfolio of environmental compliance services. Job Overview The primary responsibility of Think Environmental LDAR technicians is to detect fugitive emissions from equipment in chemical plants, gas processing plants and refineries per EPA Method 21. Our technicians are trained in LDAR regulatory policies, EPA Method 21 monitoring procedures, component identification and record keeping Key Responsibilities Perform leak detection per EPA Method 21 Make first attempts to repair leaking components Work with plant operations and maintenance to ensure successful leak repairs Perform other daily routine tasks as required Requirements Basic Qualifications Industrial/plant experience preferred TWIC Card required Good verbal and written communications skills Ability to read and speak English Ability to perform work in adverse weather conditions (heat/cold, inclement weather) Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds Ability to work at heights of 100 feet Ability to work overtime as required Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Short Term Disability Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Training Tuition Reimbursement Health & Wellness Reimbursement Salary based on experience•
